Rashu.co.za is the sole owner of all information that is collected on this site. We will never sell, rent, exchange or share any information to any outside parties, except those outlined in this policy or if we have obtained your consent to do so. All personal information collected is held solely by Rashu.co.za and is used solely to process orders or to respond to any questions or comments that may be received from our customers. Information is also collected to inform customers about relevant issues regarding their accounts.  Information that is collected includes but is not limited to name, delivery address, billing address, telephone numbers, e-mail address, and credit/debit card information needed for payment. We also require that you submit a password that corresponds with your username. This allows you access to your personal account information. Contact information is also used to send notification to our members regarding Rashu promotions. All members have the option to opt out at any point from receiving information from Rashu regarding discounts and promotions on our products.

Customer Registration

In order to purchase any products from Rashu you are required to complete the registration process. During registration you will be required to provide your name, delivery address, billing address, e-mail address, and telephone number. This information is used to notify clients of their successful registration to Rashu.co.za as well as to keep members informed about the status of their purchases. A valid email address will need to be supplied and an activation email will be sent to the email address supplied in order to activate your account.

Product Purchases

During the order process you will be required to provide credit/debit card information. This is for billing purposes and is necessary to fulfill your order. Other financial information may be collected if you choose to pay using a different payment method such as an Electronic Funds Transfer. During the checking process credit/ debit card details are encrypted using the industry leading technology SSL and sent to our online merchant company in order to verify that the details you provided are valid and that there are funds available in your account in order to successfully fulfill your purchase. Access to the sensitive information is restricted. All representatives at Rashu are not able to view financial information such as your credit/debit card information expiration date and CCV number. This information is not housed at Rashu.co.za and it is held in a secure server at an undisclosed location
